Annoying, isn&#039;t it! The easiest way I&#039;ve found to create a &quot;.reload&quot; file in Windows XP is to create a new text file (with default or any name), open it in Notepad and use &quot;save as&quot; to save it with a filename of just &quot;.reload&quot; (you also have to set &quot;save as type&quot; to &quot;all files&quot; so that it doesn&#039;t append &quot;.txt&quot; to the filename).  You can then delete the original file, and can edit/save the &quot;.reload&quot; file as per any other file.]]></description>
