Annoying, isn’t it! The easiest way I’ve found to create a “.reload” file in Windows XP is to create a new text file (with default or any name), open it in Notepad and use “save as” to save it with a filename of just “.reload” (you also have to set “save as type” to “all files” so that it doesn’t append “.txt” to the filename). You can then delete the original file, and can edit/save the “.reload” file as per any other file.
